Mambaji's services are strictly available to 18 Years of Age or Older aged individuals only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If KYC verification confirms that a member is under 18:

• The account will be suspended immediately
• All balances in the account will be forfeited
• All prior transactions will be considered void

Supported payment methods and limits on mambaji:

• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, mambaji will investigate and make a final decision.

Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during in-play betting. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are final. If the odds change before confirmation, the updated odds will be shown and you will have the option to accept or decline.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mambaji. If any of them are proven, the account will be permanently closed:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating two or more accounts under the same person's name
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence or being involved in influencing the outcome of any sporting event
• Exploiting System Errors: Exploiting technical glitches or incorrect odds for unfair gain
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing the Bonus System

Mambaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Inactive Accounts: An account will be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. If a balance remains, the account holder will be notified via email/SMS. If no response is received, the account will be closed after a further 3 months, with the balance kept secure.

Mambaji always strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, certain circumstances — such as server maintenance, natural disasters, or internet outages — may cause disruptions. mambaji is not liable in such cases.

However, mambaji takes full responsibility for the security of members' funds. If a member suffers any financial loss due to a technical fault on the platform itself, mambaji will resolve it at its own responsibility.

Mambaji may update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.

Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact support to close your account.
